Five stars is not enough for Wahl-Roehm - they deserve 5,000 stars. In the middle of a heat wave, we returned to Saline from a visit with our daughter and her family only to learn that our AC was down in one portion of our house. Did I mention that I'd had a freak accident and cracked a rib? The only bed I could crawl in and out of without screaming in agony (or swearing) was in the non-AC part of the house. My husband called Wahl-Roehm, explained the situation, and they moved heaven and earth to get to us immediately. Nathan came out to my place today to fix a AC problem and was outstanding. Very competent and polite. They kept me informed on when they would be here and were on time. 100% recommend!
We have had to use R.G. Wahl in emergency situations on a few occasions and they have always been wonderful. From Aaron, the service scheduler to all the service repairmen (today we had Nathan) they have been so helpful and their prices are fair. Our family appreciates them so much!
