“I replaced carpet in one room of our house with oak to match the wood floors on the rest of the floor. I thought sanding would have been an easy final step to the installation process. When I went to sand the floors with rental equipment I failed miserably, and was disappointed in the lack of results after sanding for two days. That is when I call Ann Arbor Hardwoods. They were extremely helpful and easy to work with, MIchael & Tom were at my house with in the hour of me calling. They were very professional and thorough in their evaluation at the end, they left me with a quote. As a result, they came back the next day and sanded our floors, upon completion, they also spot stained the knots to help them blend in better and offered suggestions of finishing as well.
