Ken Coleman did a great job on our surveying project. He figured out that the lot line discrepancy was actually an error between the property descriptions on the adjacent deeds. He confirmed for us that the survey marking pins were actually all correct. I would recommend him 100%.A few years earlier we also had him survey two lot lines on our acreage. He went above and beyond our expectations and put in a few extra pins to make it very clear where the lines are. I'm very grateful for his quality service.
Ken did my boundary survey in August 2020 and did an exemplary job. He was professional, responsive, thorough and very reasonably priced. I appreciated that he explained the procedure completely and never hesitated to take time to answer my questions. Very easy to work with.
