Well first off my husband DIED there. Longer version, first he got esophagus cancer back in Nov 2024. only got that because for decades he fed on ant acids for heartburn and eventually was put on prescription strength ant acids. Well folks that is the polar OPPOSITE of what you SHOULD do for heartburn. That is add MORE acid not less. So the bubbling acid, still too strong for the esophagus, eventually caused the cancer. Well he BEAT it. YEA. they did good there. BUT. IN hindsight, we might not have gone the radiation route. If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Where do they find these rude people for their substandard care? It's unreal. Zero class and no work ethic. It doesn't matter what shift it is. And what about the filth? It's disgusting Jill the tech in ER had the ugliest personality I've ever seen. I wouldn't bring my dog here. It's that bad. Head to Kalamazoo if you can.

Substandard care even for a community hospital. Surgeons are not qualified to perform many of the procedures that they provide and are too arrogant to admit their lack of ability and refer patients to a larger academic hospital with competent practitioners. ICU unit was very dirty. My father walked in for a surgery that should have been laproscopic but the surgeon basically cut him in half. He spent months in the ICU for a leak in his digestive tract which they couldn't find. He developed sepsis and nearly died several times. He never recovered from his surgery. He was unable to eat or drink for over a year. It was a heartbreaking experience for the entire family.... read full review
