Everyone was very nice especially Lisa she was very fun to work with! They take good care of you and they aren't pushy or seemingly irritated with you like many eye doctors I've seen in the past. Very professional, very kind, very helpful. All around fantastic staff, I'd give them 100 stars if it was an option.
Dr Totten and Amanda were both so nice and super helpful! I had lots of questions and Amanda answered patiently without hesitation. I was a little anxious going to a new eye dr and they helped me out a lot! Love this kind of service!
RX Optical is where to go for great service and professionalism! Dr Cotter is patient and helpful, the staff is insightful and friendly. They're always available for adjustments and anything else their patients may need!
