I had a terrible experience with Cooper & Associates CPAs, PLLC and specifically with Linda. Not only did they charge me more than their initial estimate for my small business tax return, but the return also had multiple errors that required me to request a correction. Linda was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional in her handling of the situation. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes made by her team, she complained to me about my mother, who is a doctor, also being charged more than expected for her tax return. I recently worked with Linda at Cooper & Associates CPAs, PLLC for my small business tax return, and it was a frustrating experience. Linda's knowledge of taking advantage of deductions and write-offs was very limited, and she seemed to rely heavily on her software to do the work for her. Instead of providing me with valuable insights and guidance on how to optimize my tax return, she simply spoke about how expensive the software was that she used. I recently used Cooper & Associates CPAs, PLLC for my small business tax return for 2022 and was extremely disappointed with the services provided by Linda and the team. Despite providing them with a detailed breakdown of my income and expenses, which they claimed would help reduce costs, I ended up being charged more than the initial estimate they had provided me. Additionally, the initial return they gave me had multiple errors, which required me to request a correction. It's frustrating that my breakdown wasn't even used at first, and that the final cost was outside of the high end of the estimate.
