While some customers note that their services can be a bit pricey, they emphasize the value received in terms of quality and expertise.
I continue to be impressed with City Plumbing many years after my first furnace was installed. (We purchased another for our outbuilding). On New Year’s weekend we had no heat and the emergency tech, Evan, came to our house within a few minutes! He did all he could, but we needed a new furnace. Mike Ross, the owner, drove to pick up our new one in Indiana, and Evan installed it today, ahead of schedule, during a storm on the coldest day of the season! They truly care about people and do superior work. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Thank you.
