We worked with Emily Owens on what started as a kitchen renovation but became a first floor project. We not only updated the entire kitchen but also all the flooring on the main level up the stairs and to the 2nd floor landing. We added the powder and laundry rooms along the way. We had never worked with a designer but our experience was great! Emily developed a plan in a very short time and it was beautiful. While we made a few tweaks, we took the rest of her design and we were so excited to see it come to life! She is incredibly patient and has wonderful ideas. We would recommend Final Design for your home project. It’s totally worth it and I know it saved us a lot of our own time. Thank you Emily!

You can't check in at the lab. You hVe to check in at a staffed kiosk with alwYz gas a line. The check in at the kiosk is redundant as you have yo go through the szne process again when they call your name. If they must spend so much time with patients, they need more help, and or should tell patients to arrive 15 minutes early.

Not only does he provide superior knowledge and care versus other eye doctors I have been in St. Joseph, but has also gone out of his way to ensure a comfortable and fun experience for my 2 year old daughter. The check up tactics for young children are top tier but also come off as games which kept my daughter engaged her entire visit. Thank you Dr. Heddle!

The Crew did a wonderful job washing and prepping for the paint job on my deck. The arrived at exactly the scheduled time for 3 days, were polite and knew their job and the deck looks super great. I really appreciated they took in the porch furniture and put it back out.

BER went out of their way, and bumped our school, River Of Life in Benton Harbor to the top of the list. They came out and crawled through the nasty tunnels to cap off two major leaks in the boiler system plumbing underneath the school. We didn’t know how long it would be that our school would be without heat, but thanks to them we were only without heat for one day. We thank God for the amazing staff at BER!

My wedding was 6/22/24. I got married in St. Joe. I had 12 girls to get their hair and make up done. They came to our hotel and had 4 ladies working on all of us with time slots for each girl. My hair and make up was so beautiful and I felt like a queen. They made my wedding day an absolute fabulous day! My bridesmaids, MOHs, and flower girls looked stunning! I was given a quote from another local company that rhymes with Moss, they said my 10 year old furnace needed 2k-3k worth of work or 14K for a new unit. 4 Parts would need to be ordered etc...I thought it odd that they all went bad at the same time. I should have known, that they sent out the sales rep with the technician for a reason. Sales person was very pushy, I finally told him I would need to get a second opinion. I called City because this is who we use at the shop where I work and we always have great service. Tyler came out determined the issue and he went to pick up the part required locally!, In a snow storm and had my unit up and running in a little over an hour for just over $500.Be careful who you do business with.

Moved to St. Joseph/Stevensville area about 5 years ago - a friend referred me to Great Lakes Dental. They are the best! I see Dr Brown - and Maggie is my dental hygenist. I have terrible anxiety about the dentist. The entire staff makes everything all ok. In addition they do excellent work - I am navigating getting an implant with Dr Brown- he has been very helpful. Kelly and Maggie are wonderful - and so is Dr. Luczak. If you are in need of a new dentist I would highly recommend them!

Dr Hamadanchi is one of the most caring, compassionate and gentle people that I have ever known. He has been such a blessing to me and my family for almost 30 years by meeting each of our needs for four generations from 80 years old down to newborn. I don’t know how we would have made it without him. My friends have also had the same experience. I am so thankful to my friend for recommending him to me!
I’ve been here three times over the years. On my first visit Marc found where I was in pain without me having to tell him. He did something and within minutes my pain melted away. On my second visit I had a headache, and two places hurting in my spine. Only one spot was the same as the first visit. Marc found both spots in my back that I knew about, he told me he was going to adjust three places in order of severity. He cracked my lower back first, which had been in the most pain. Then my middle back. Then he cracked my neck and my headache vanished. I was shocked. I couldn’t tell my neck was wrong. I thought I just had a headache! Third visit, one spot. It was the same lower back spot. Mavis adjusted it. The pain went away. He’s never asked me where I’m hurting he always checks me out, somehow finds the spots himself. He is, by far, the best chiropractor I’ve ever seen.
While I haven't had the luxury of visiting Dr. Rowe personally, I have benefited from his many YouTube videos. The attention to detail and his careful instruction is top notch and I really appreciate all of the free videos. I recommend that everyone checks out his YouTube channel and looks over the content. I'm sure you'll find something helpful and the videos are so concise you'll be on your way to alleviating your ailments in no time. Thank you Dr. Rowe!

Jodi was able to get us in on short notice for holiday weekend vacation massages, and was absolutely wonderful. Great communication leading up to the massage, including directions and photos so there was no guesswork with parking, and through the massage with explanations of what was happening and why.
