Every visit I am made to feel valued, special, beautiful. I am blessed to have Casey as my stylist, but you cannot go wrong with anyone on the staff, they are all shining stars. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and committed to working with and taking care of their clients, so that each and every client leaving the salon feeling beautiful, special and pampered.
My daughter and I had a lovely afternoon hanging out at Nicole’s Salon & Day Spa while the staff worked to get her looking picture perfect for Senior Pics! Everyone was so kind and helpful. It’s a really relaxed atmosphere w/ warm and friendly staff. Also! I was so nervous about the appointment because there was a 100% chance of rain forecasted. I called and they said, no worries, we will work with you! What a relief that was. Thank you! Highly recommend!
The hairdresser was 20 minutes late for our appointment because she was taking her time with the last client. Then she rushed through doing our updo because we were her last appointment. Paid $60 and I literally could have done it at home. The hair dressers were polite though, so there's that. I won't be going back.Update: I received a call today from Nicole's Salon, explaining why they were running behind that day and she was genuinely apologetic for the inconvenience. It was very thoughtful and I appreciate them trying to make things right. The customer care is definitely there and perhaps they were just having an off day.
