My Wife and I were visiting her mom in St. Johns Michigan. On New Years Eve, at about 3:30 pm, the heat stopped working. I called Chasco Plumbing & Heating LLC and left a message that my 90 year old mother in law has no heat. Chasco called me back within 10 minutes. The person took contact information and told me the technician would be there within 15 minutes. Gabe showed up, identified the problem (dirty flame rod) and had us up and running within 30 minutes. Chasco will be the go to company if we have any issues with the heating or cooling.

Jacob was professional and kind. He let us know when he was on the way with a phone call. We couldn't actually get our dishwasher to leak the way it had been previously. Jacob spent a few minutes trying to find the problem before leaving without a charge. Thanks for the attempted help it was appreciated.

During seasonal maintenance, service technition recognized a potential problem, explained situation thoroughly, then resolved it. I appreciate that the Chasco technician had replacement parts on hand. He also was kind enough to shut off gas fireplace pilot light while here. I have a great deal of confidence in this company, from the kind and efficient office staff to technicians in the field.
