I have been frequenting Ziba for a handful of years now. I recently for the first time went somewhere ‘cheaper’ and wow I will not make that mistake twice. Not only are their prices always fair, their customer service is efficient, their building is extremely maintained, clean, and updated, they know what they’re doing and everytime I leave there I leave more than satisfied. They are the definition of professional. I feel good from the moment I step into the door until the moment I leave. I have been going to Ziba for laser hair removal for almost two years and have no had no problem with scheduling and the longest I’ve ever waited was about 12-15 which I consider appropriate and the laser hair removal services have been excellent we have nice conversations during the removal and she is kind and compassionate. I have another friend who recommended me here initially and they have never complained about the service provided either. These reviews are wildly contradictory to everything I have experienced at Ziba.
