Horrible company to work with. I was unfortunate that I had a house fire and even more unfortunate to have this company be hired by my insurance company. They are horrible at communicating. Anything they say in person is changed when ever they feel and they deny everything saying it. Inhave a ton of stuff missing, they are holding almost $10000 of my money because they failed to explain anything to me. I have had to double check and hold thier hand the entire time. The more I look they more I find. I am not sure if they are dishonest or incompetent but I think it is both. If you have the misfortune of having to work with this company get everything in writing. WolgastOver the course of four months, I have had a plethora of issues with Wolgast. They were chosen by my insurance company to repair mold damage in my garage as a result of a leak. When they were contacted, the mold was confined to a small area, but by the time they were ready to repair it weeks had gone by and the mold had spread throughout the garage, which meant a full remodel. The price to fix this seemed extreme and I asked for an itemized list of expenses and I was told they could not provide that for me. I talked to numerous employees with this company and all of them treated me disrespectfully when I was asking basic questions about the process and timeline...read full review
Flawed design. Fast but sloppy build. A struggle to get them to fix their mistakes. Be prepared to pay an arm and a leg for any changes or additions. Mainly focused on getting paid.
