If you have a choice, run as far away from Brady's/Visual Edge as possible. They will oversell you equipment and straight up lie to you. When we were quoted we were told we can add or remove devices as the lease is a "living agreement" We learned quickly that it wasn't true and you are stuck with the overpriced equipment. When I asked for a breakdown of the pricing I was told they would get me that info in a week... It's been 2 years.Additionally, the visual edge way of parts and service is the dumbest, most backwards way of doing things. We spend thousands of dollars a month and have dozen of devices yet parts are basically impossible to get.... read full review
The review by Marc Labadie is 100% accurate. Brady Business was shady as heck and Visual Edge purchased that bottom of the barrel operation. Brian Reinbold then oversold me on a garbage used copier. They then assigned my lease, extra fees were added, the machine never worked (and still doesn't) and they aren't doing anything about it. In 25 years of business I've never had this kind of issue with equipment. Visual Edge has a vision statement on its website "to acquire" smaller IT companies. There's a reason businesses like Brady's was small. I figured VE just made a bad acquisition, without due diligence. Turns out I was wrong.... read full review
Buyer Beware. Brady's Business systems will oversell you on equipment, lock you into a long term contract, knowingly oversell you on copiers, printers, additional printer drawers, etc. In all my years of doing business, I've never witnessed such a one-sided deal. Once I complained, they've offered no solution, no adjustment, and no future consideration. Be very careful. They sell you on potential savings on maintenance, but in reality, they oversell you on equipment you don't need. For instance, we have several printers with additional paper drawers with capacity for thousands of copies, yet our usage is a couple hundred copies a month. Jackie... read full review
