Great place , they have flota Pod, intra red Sauna, Salt room as well they infusion in the air a medical grade of Sea Salt really good for breathhing. Almost forgot they offer a Yoga class in there I heard about it and was great.

The first time in I used the Infrared Sauna, and highly recommend it. The Manager Terrell Cannon was awesome. Very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all their options to me and showed me around room by room. I will be returning to utilize their other services, great experience.
