Had appointment with a Family Practice doctor, my prescriptions were called into the wrong pharmacy, staff showed little interest in helping correct the issue, or even tell me what pharmacy they were actually sending them to. After TEN DAYS of calling my pharm & the doc’s office back and forth, I still didn’t have my scripts. In the end, I got a text message from a random pharmacy across town saying they were ready. Not even the same chain I’d requested. What gives?

Skin clinic terrible service when you call they put you on hold right away I've sat on hold over 30 minutes then hang up today I called finally got to talk to someone they advised me on what to do and I did it I was advised to call them back with instructions and when I called back I got a message saying to call back during regular business hours really?? It's 10:30 am they don't close till five ??

Thoroughly unimpressed. They made an appointment for me without consulting me at all, then I get an automated call reminding me of the appointment I did not make that does not have an option to cancel, then the next day I get a text message reminding me of my appointment that also does not provide a phone number or an option to cancel, and then I finally looked the place up and call them and sit on hold for over 15 minutes just to cancel the appointment I did not make that they are threatening to charge me $50 if I miss. Haven't stepped a foot in there and absolutely would not go because this office is obviously managed like garbage.
