If anybody needs anything done to their furnace call liberty. They are reasonable, friendly, and very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend them.
I was looking at furnace replacement, had to get estimates from businesses. The first one was late, and wasn't giving me a great warranty. Second company, Liberty sent out a tech,Jack,arrived on time, polite and showed me a reset switch to at least get furnace to heat up. Third company, showed up when I was still at work , and then said "How about next week?" So went with Liberty...no regrets! The guys installing were fun, friendly, and seem to enjoy their job. Dale, owner himself came out to check on things. They forgot to mention about re-lighting the pilots on my stove, and again, Dale shows up after hours to relight everything. So I give them 5 + stars 🌟 to Bert, Jack (the installer), Jack, the tech and most of all Dale. Great professional, courteous service!
We had to have a new furnace installed and after a few hours it started to make a weird noise. We called and they responded right away and fixed the issue in less than 24 hours. (The issues was manufactured related, not on the installation.) we will be using them for all of our heating and cooling needs from now on.
