I have been going to the State St. store for a couoke of yrs now. Yesterday 6/19/24 I went in for a haircut and a beard trim. dont remember the girls name, but as she starts cutting my hair I notice she seams awkwardly holding the clippers and is only using one arm. As shes talking she says ya I'm not technically supposed to be working. I may have a torn muscle in my left shoulder. I had told them I was getting cleaned up for my daughters wedding this weekend. Well as the girl starts awkwardly trimming my beard because shes trying to cut at weird angkes only using one arm. She ended up shaving a bald spot on the left side of my beard. Sometimes I get good service, sometimes not. They need appointment. Walkin are not possible but it happened that I had scheduled with one person but they allowed other possible walkin to go.
They did a great job on my sons hair. His stylist listened to what he wanted and made sure we liked it before paying. I made a same day appointment, but they were really booked so appointment times were slim pickings. Recommend!
