Hands down the best HVAC company to work with in the tri-cities area. I won't call anyone else. I almost got worked over by another company who had checked my system and was told I needed a total replacement. I called JFries for a second opinion and I'm so glad I did. Jim and his brother were two of the nicest guys I've ever met. Incredibly knowledgeable and professional even with my kids and dogs following them around. They worked me in the same day I called and had me up and running in less than 2hrs and without replacing the whole system. My family and my wallet thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. My furnace went out this past Friday on our first cold Michigan weekend. I called J. Fries Monday morning and I was one of many that found themselves in this predicament. He was able to squeeze me in at the very end of the day for diagnosis. He walked me through his thought process as he looked for blown fuses and such, hoping we could find an easy repair. It turned out being my blower motor. Jim retrieved the part and came back for repair the very next day! He well exceeded my expectations on timeline and commitment. Being a first time homeowner, my furnace going out was extremely troubling as I know the cost that can come with such repairs. Jim was very fair and affordable, communicating things with me in a manner that made me feel both confident and comfortable with his repair. I am grateful to have a go to guy for my HVAC concerns, and have every intention of sending any friends who need assistance his way. He's a pretty cool dude :)
