1 1/2 hour wait time for anyone with no communication is a problem and looks like there was a similar review 3 years ago so policies have not changed. Waited for 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room until we (myself and 4 year old son whose appointment it was for) left. Will not be returning and will travel to find a pediatric ophthalmologist.

The wait times are just absolutely rude! The last time I brought someone here, there were 3 different waits in 3 different waiting rooms. We're on to the 2nd waiting room so far today. 30 minutes past appointment time.This would have to be the last place on earth before I'd come here for myself.

Horrible service from the optical department. Get your glasses elsewhere or you will have nothing but problems. Leave voicemail stating I can pick up daughters lenses get there to pick them up and they won’t allow me saying I have to return the old ones first which they never told me the 3 other conversations I had with the optical side.
