I first came to this place hoping to order my new kitchen floor and lighting. After signing out a flooring sample I was called a week later asking when I would be bringing it back. I was told no hurry, nothing was mentioned of a "3 day" limit until they wanted it back. We informed them it would be returned it first thing Monday. I looked on the Google search for a closing time, which it stated until 6 pm. My husband got their at 5:38pm and the store was locked with no one around. Flooring America-Saginaw has been a top notch flooring supplier and installer since 1980. They only sell quality products and have the best service. I have been nothing but happy with each and every experience I have had with Jay, Brian, and Tom.
