If I could give no stars I would just had the worst experience with a staff member Carol. I called today at 7:55 to see if I could get a different time today being that they were doing two root canals in one day and I suffer from anxiety & panic attacks and I needed time from when I woke up this morning for the medicine my doctor gave me to kick in so I decided to see what my options were after being on hold Carol came back to the phone after 3 minutes to say that this was my “second time needing a new time and/or day and and I won’t be getting to reschedule anything. Thanks bye!!” And hung up directly in my face I didn’t have a second to say or do anything I decided to call back @7:59 & ask what there “Grace period” was & say I’m only 9 minutes away (I was driving there when I called) and my Appointment was at 8am and she told me again very rudely “well it’s to late Doctor already had his schedule changed” I’m not sure how his schedule changed in under 60 seconds of her hanging up on me first but that was it for me ! Even if the rude staff member Carol said I could come I wouldn’t have just because of her I don’t know if I can File a complaint with the board of dentistry about her but I will be with the BBB and who ever else! The staff is so rude and unprofessional i even posted pictures of my call log
