“This seems shady to me C&L Ward. I paid 17k for doors and installation. Front door handle is being warrantied but you are trying to charge me for labor to come and install it. This on top of the other issues i have had with the other 2 doors that were installed incorrectly. I did business with you and you are not standing by your product. “It took a while to get a estimate understandable this is the busy time for them. Once they got here they climbed up the tree and had it gone in less than 3 hours. Did a great job cleaning up and protecting other trees and our yard. I will be using them again.“

“I wish to offer my sincerest apology to RB Satkowiak’s City Sewer Cleaners for a previous Google review that I had left. The review was written purely out of frustration, as my husband was a former employee there and felt there were some instances where he was treated unfairly after owning up to a couple mistakes that he had made. We understand that all actions have consequences but being honest and admitting you made a mistake should not be punished by monetary deduction but instead acknowledged and seek an agreed upon corrective action so that it does not happen again. I retract my statement saying we would never hire City Sewer, as we just used their oncall after hours service at my brother in laws house on 6/8/2024. Again, my sincerest apologies.“
