My wife and I had excessive wear on our RV tires as a result of a faulty axle. On the way up to our destination I was getting gas in Bay City and noticed the cords showing on the passenger side RV tire. I asked where I could find a RV service centre and was told to go to International RV World. We went there without an appointment and asked if a technician could look at the tires and axle, which occurred promptly. While the axle could not be replaced Chris at International arranged for us to go to nearby JAM Best-One Fleet Service for new RV tires. We blew a tire on our fifth wheel yesterday in Michigan. Good Sam connected us with JAM Best One in Saginaw, Michigan. The tire technician, Earl Rousse was prompt, offered very efficient service, and went well beyond the good service we hoped for. He found a local camp ground, followed us on the interstate as we were traveling slow and led us to the camping office. We've had a very trying several weeks with our truck in the shop in a remote town in the north woods with a blown head gasket. We are emotionally and physically weary. The blown tire incident was hard. JAM Best One made that difficulty lighter.
