Amazing staff from the moment I called to make the appointment. They were attentive and informative. Very fair prices also. Highly recommend them. They called 3 days later to check on my pup. ❤️
I had to make the toughest decision and put my bearded dragon down. He was just so sick and couldn’t eat on his own anymore and couldnt walk. I made the appt with animal alley. They had seen my Turbo before at the beginning of his illness. They were all so kind and understanding. I was an emotional wreck. I didn’t know that dragons are put down differently than cats and dogs. I was told I wasn’t able to go back while turbo was euthanized. There was no way my baby was gonna pass without me. These people are simply the best. Answered all my questions over e-mail, did a through exam of my kitten and gave me practical options on how to treat her. They have a very real, kind, caring staff.
