The service at Visionworks was excellent. I will definitely be going back Dr. Roy took the time and explained every step with me. The staff was great. The store was clean and they had a nice selection of glasses.

My Husband and I had a great experience here at Visionworks. Prior to coming in I spoke to an associate who helped me set up our appointments along with the steps needed to using the registration portal which was very easy to navigate. Upon entering Visionworks the day of our appointments we were greeted by Lakeisha who then explained the step by step process in what to expect during our appointments. We recieved great customer service at this location. We have also received excellent customer service at the Southfield Visionworks! Customer service staff, Dr. Parker and Dr. Roy are knowledgeable, professional and caring.
