Receptionist always greets me with a smile. Dr. Roy is fantastic and answers any questions you have. I wanted to try contacts and it was a smooth process with them allowing you to try them at the store. overall 10/10 experience.
Im surprised to see the negative reviews. I’ve always had a great experience here. They can do the exam and have a machine that allows you to not have to dilate your eyes. The staff is friendly and helpful. They explain everything. I would definitely recommend coming here!
Acknowledging the customer when they arrive is big in my book. Which is what they did. They explained all the steps of the exam to pricing. I actually stopped dealing with a major competitor because they were not interested in answering questions related to pricing and upkeep of the glasses. We had two appointments for my daughter and myself. We were running late. And they made sure we both we taken care of no questions asked. I appreciate that.
