LBS is the best! Work outs are FUN and always changing. I love every single instructor. They play the best music and the studio lighting is great. They have also been amazing helping to make adjustments for working out during pregnancy. I trust them completely and will be anxiously awaiting getting back post! Can't recommend Kelly and her team enough!

Awesome place to workout! Workouts are always changing & go by quickly. I noticed a huge difference in my body very quickly only going a couple times a week. Very motivating in general, especially when you don't want to go and there are women in all different phases of their lives showing up to dedicate an hour to bettering themselves. Very affordable compared to a lot of other workouts in the area as well.

The Lean Body Studio provides a challenging and fun group fitness class with circuit training. Kelli has built an amazing community. I always leave feeling like I had a great workout. I had some time off when changing jobs and went 3-4x week and saw serious results and a change in muscle tone and endurance. Highly recommend!
