You have to really walk them through your orders, I’ve had to return multiple times for the same order. And when they say open Saturdays check before you go since they advertise open when they are not and the employees up front will let you stand there not saying anything until you ask and they say “nope, only the second Saturday I think they’re here.” A Closed Sign at the desk would help, plus updating open hours online.

Yesterday was my fourth or fifth visit to this lab. The longest wait to be seen was about 10 minutes. Usually about 10 minutes from time I'm registered to walking out the door after the test. Each visit has been quick and efficient. Staff is friendly as well. I do use the online appointments and have not had an issue.

I originally left a 5 star review but I'm changing it.I'll start with the positive. The place is decorated beautifully and the employees here are all very pleasant and courteous.Now for the reason why I had to change my review. The first time I came, I had a great experience, that is, until I got a call from them that they forgot to draw one vial and the whole blood test would have to be discarded if I didn't make it back within the hour. I specifically scheduled it before work so I wouldn't miss anything but ended up being over an hour late to work. Fine, mistakes happen.The second time around, I waited over an hour.
