The place is decorated beautifully and the employees here are all very pleasant and courteous.Now for the reason why I had to change my review. The first time I came, I had a great experience, that is, until I got a call from them that they forgot to draw one vial and the whole blood test would have to be discarded if I didn't make it back within the hour. Be carful if you are planing to go to the Same Dat Care they charge you as specialists is better if you go to Urgent Care ínstame . This was not like this at the beginning of last year , it changed. No worded to pay extra.

So thankful to have a Henry Ford in Royal Oak! The entire staff - from the front desk to the physicians will make you feel cared for. They always answer my questions until I have zero concerns! The longest I've waited was 3 minutes tops.They also have been ESPECIALLY kind and patient with my very sassy (sometimes rude) grandma who has dementia. You can't pay enough money in the world for that kind of service and grace.Also -the new facility is beautiful. They validate parking in the structure (if it's past the free parking limit). Bonus you can reach a couple of Poké stops and gyms there
