Some of our photos have their watermark logo on them - some don't. They are cut like a teenager did them. Last years were great for our sons. This years were sub par for our Daughters. When I called to talk to them about it, the guy wasn't helpful at all. Said he'd call me back and never heard from him.

If I could give 0 stars I would. $40 for a "sit" fee? So, I am paying for you to take horrible quality photos of my graduate? I had headshots done recently of my student and they are about 1000 times superior to the garbage I paid them to produce, and now I am expected to pay more for prints of that garbage?? Also, what about all the families that are economically challenged and can't afford this stupid 1st world problem.

"By far, the worst company, website, and customer service. I've tried different browsers and laptops because they insisted it was my browser issue. Finally, when I called customer service, they were very unfriendly. I don't know what their hiring procedure entails, but it's not working. When you try to order through them, they add another sheet of photos to your package as if you wouldn't notice. I cannot emphasize it enough--they are horrible." So sketchy.
