Very happy with the service. The technician was punctually on arrival. He was very efficient on diagnosis. Very articulate and professional on explaining the diagnosis and options. Very professional work, our tech was Mill, and he was very good to work with didn't try a push the sale on us gave us options, we were able to get financed and Frank was our HVAC specialist who oversaw the instalation of our unit, walked me through everything once they had completed the job. Very happy with the company and would recommend them highly.
Comfort Zone has been my go-to HVAC service for about a year now. Scheduling is great with email and texting options. Mill has been our assigned technician the whole time. He always presents me with multiple options for fixes that need to be made. He has inspected my system for the changes of seasons and also worked on the replacement of my AC System so he knows everything about our system. I am very happy with our experience.
