The ladies here are so amazing! I was greeted warmly by FOUR employees who proceeded to hand me off to each other to ensure I found exactly what I needed. Each of them spent time asking me what I wanted and my budget and they were collaborating to find me exactly what I wanted (magenta eyeliner)! I had such a good experience here, it really turned my whole day around ?
This is my favorite location. The General Manager is WONDERFUL!! I purchased my Chanel Foundation here & hundreds of dollars worth of beauty products. Their BOPUIS is super convenient. Highly recommend the Ulta app.
I visited Ulta at noon on 08/31, and the staff was so friendly and very helpful! Amazing customer service from this staff. Sydney, in particular, helped me; she was so nice and professional. All around, I had a wonderful experience!
