December 7, 2022 visited ascension in Royal Oak on crooks road. I was read it with a smile by Rebecca at the front desk. She quickly assisted me and assigned me to room one. I could hear her greet other guest as they walked in and she was. Very polite and personable. Olga provided care and explained the meds that she was giving me. Overall I had a great experience at this urgent care center. Thanks thanks for getting me well I have to celebrate my birthday on 12/14.
Went in for covid test and although they were swamped , they were extremely helpful and friendly. Had a bad experience at Beaumont the day before and these guys really do their jobs well.
