A great big thank you to Vince at Ace Door Company in Royal Oak! I didn't know if my garage door wouldn't open because of electrical or mechanical problems. Over the course of 3 phone calls Vince gave me suggestions to try, talked me through the procedures and I was able to get the garage door working again. All this without out a service call!! Most businesses wouldn't done this. My faith in good old fashioned human kindness has been renewed! Thank you, Vince!! Ace Door Company is definitely at the top of my list of businesses to patronize and recommend!
They gave me a quote over the phone for replacing a garage door motor, didn't try to upsell me on anything or pre-inspect, came out the next day, and completed the work for the quoted price. The tech was very professional.This was what I needed. Thanks, guys.
