The manager assisted me with my oil change. She made my experience memorable as she explained everything clearly and did not make me feel pressured to buy any extra services. It was also my birthday, which since I was already using a coupon she gave me a Red Bull instead of water which was so very nice of her! I will most definitely be back to the Gratiot location for all future services.
Can bit pricey, but the service, speed, and care make up for it. Always a good deal to find online before coming in. The new service center manager Veronica was very great and on top of everything during my visit.
This location is always incredibly fast, professional, and knowledgeable. They are consistently reliable and thorough with their checklist. I recently had an issue after an oil change where an oil filter was installed incorrectly, resulting in all of my oil draining out onto the ground. I took my truck right back and they not only fixed the issue, they changed my oil again and did not charge me for their mistake.
