Emma is amazing. My little girl wanted to buy some skincare products, of which I know nothing about. When we came to the counter Emma gave us a lot of information and tips on the products and which ones were and weren't good for her young skin. She could have just made the sale, but she cared and helped us find the right products. She signed my duaghter up for the rewards membership and even helped her find a coupon. She was patient and allowed my daughter to check out all by herself and was smiling and kind the entire time.

I had a friendly but pushy experience. A friend and I went there to get a foundation match and instead ended up getting a facial treatment pretty much despite the fact that we were very clear we just needed help finding a foundation match. Just had a discolored healed scar and wanted to cover it up for pictures. I don’t know they were friendly but the guy that helped up wasn’t the best listener. We needed up not even getting help with a foundation match too much because he was trying to sell us a moisturizer. It’s appreciated but not what we came in there for.

Could not shop comfortably without being followed every isle. I was asked twice if I needed help or found everything ok. But it was no engagement after the question. One seemed to be the manager was walking away with head turned towards me speaking dismissive. The other woman asked if I found everything ok in passing. Once I was at checkout, it was so many associates on the floor but only 1 person on register who was greeting every one walking in and speaking of their location in the store over an earpiece.
