So I'm not quite sure of all of these bad reviews that I'm reading, I have been getting my haircut here for years the key is to find a worker and ask questions before you go in to get your haircut. You definitely want to see a senior stylist that has many years experience. We see laboria. She is amazing she's been cutting our hair and styling and coloring her hair for a very long time, so for all the bad reviews that this place gets, ask questions before your appointment make sure that you're seeing someone that has a lot of experience if you don't want a person fresh out of school. Christopher C at your Roseville location is absolutely wonderful! He made my 6 month old smile and laugh the whole time, and you could tell he was having just as much fun as my son! Not to mention the pictures he took were outstanding! he is a wonderful asset to your company, you can tell he loves what he does and he does a fantastic job. Truly a wonderful person and photographer. I will be returning to him for all my portraits!!

My son was getting his senior portraits at the studio next to the salon. His hair was messed up on the way in, and I ran into the salon looking to buy hairspray. They took him to a chair and fixed his hair without charging us anything! I was so impressed by this. Amazing employees, friendly and very helpful. Next time we need a salon appointment, we will be calling JCP. Thank you again, ladies, for saving the day!
