Came here for counseling. Had a last minute EMERGENCY cancellation. No understanding or consideration. Wanted to charge me an obnoxious cash only late fee (what a scam) without providing a receipt. The receptionist over the phone told me I can afford it because I wear nice clothes. Tried telling me what life changes I should make to pay their late fee. I'm sorry but if its an emergency, it should be considered to waive a late fee. Doctors offices don't even charge as high as they do for a late or last minute cancellation.
