“So far I've only been to this office for an appointment once (recently switched) but so far I am very pleased. The staff were all really friendly. Dr. McGrail was nice and I actually felt listened to and heard and that she actually cared to hear/help me. Other offices in the past I've felt rushed to get my questions/comments in but here I felt otherwise.
