Their furnace/AC men are always prompt, courteous and take the time to explain everything in detail, so you know exactly what needs to be done. They never try to add unnecessary work. I trust their professionalism.

AC went out on a particularly hot and muggy night. One call to A-OK and service was set up for the next morning. service technician was friendly, efficient and explained everything he needed to do clearly. AC fiwed all is well. Thanks for a great job.Service: Repair HVAC

I had an annoying issue with and outdoor heater I couldn't figure out and began calling professionals. Jim took the call, patiently provided his feedback, and made additional inquiries to confirm his accurate diagnosis of what needed correcting. No insistence he get paid, no "what's in it for me"?, just an experienced pro creating good will that I look forward to repaying with my business when the next issue arises - and it will. Highly, highly recommend.
