I was referred to A&E by another repair place that didn't want to service Warren. There loss my gain. My service was great, fast and reasonable. I will use A &E again.

they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my fridge although the freezer was at 38 degrees and told the warranty company nothing was wrong so they wouldn't replace it.

I do not recommend using this company. LG outsourced us to A&E to fix our refrigerator. After 3 wrong diagnoses and parts that were wrongfully ordered, I still have not gotten a refund. I am now disputing the $530 charges with my credit card company.
