Meh, small freight to a residential address. Made it to the local center on time. Scheduler called to set a delivery date/time. Package doesn't show up in the scheduled 4 hour window. I get a phone call from xpo, and I'm thinking something went wrong or it's running late. BUT NO!! It's the same scheduler calling to set a delivery date/time again ...not RE- schedule but acting like it's the first time!! After telling her that I had spoken to her yesterday and was currently waiting for it to be delivered, she became very short /rude rude to me. Now, I had rearranged my schedule 1 time for this SCHEDULED delivery and was going to have to do it again....why? Who knows because...read full review
