Called Horton, gave them a little breakdown of the issue, then called the next morning. They sent over Jered, who was a pleasure to work with. He quickly identified my issue and worked to resolve it. All in all, it took Jered about 30 minutes. He gave me a few helpful tips on clogs and congestion. Work was done well and professionally. You can rely on Horton for your plumbing needs.“

“Jayson has done a few jobs for us. Two complete drain replacements to the city drain system. . Both of them had to have the concrete cut and removed to install the drain pipes. Very professional and the cheapest prices I have ever seen . I could not believe the prices were so low . I had to ask to make sure the prices quoted were correct , that is how cheap they were . Also no corners were cut because of the cheap prices . They were unbelievably fast and amazingly priced . Jayson is an incredible man and I would never use anyone else period. They are the best. They pulled all permits and the cleanup was incredible . If you use someone else good luck and remember they can always come fix the mistakes some other plumbers mess up . They have integrity and you don't have to babysit them . Thanks once again Jayson for such high quality workmanship and just being an all around great man .“

“My dad s 101years old, Kevin was WONDERFUL! He listend to my dad’s concerns he explained everything to my dad (sometimes twice). Kevin even called me to inform me of what he was doing to resolve to water backing up in the basement. The cost was fair and my dad’s drains are clear and free flowing. “Geoff West and his crew took on our job, which was a conversion from a septic system to a sewer system, that involved crossing an easement. The length of the sewer line from our house to the sewer main was about 500 feet. Because of having to tap into a sewer system at a specific spot as determined by Canton Township, Geoff had to work with the engineering department, plus get additional insurance that was dictated by the township. He did his best to get these done to our advantage. Geoff was in constant contact with me throughout the process. He would respond promptly to my texts and my phone calls. I have been burned by contractors in the past, and dealing with Geoff has restored a bit of my faith that there are some contractors who care about their customers. In addition, a member of Geoff's team, Rob, was also very helpful toward the end of the job when an injection pump was being installed. Rob made sure there area in which he work was kept clean as the installation of the pump required jackhammering through concrete. Also, Rob answered additional questions I had about our new sewer system. I would recommend West Water & Sewer Specialists to help you with your needs.“

“I recently moved into a “flipped” house in Westland and unbeknownst to me and the inspection there was some plumbing issues with the gas line going to the dryer(which was discovered after I had my W & D delivered and installed). After reviewing companies and having an appointment scheduled for two weeks out with another plumbing/HVAC company I looked for something sooner and I am happy I stumbled upon Dave Hahn. Asked me where I was located at and we agreed upon a time(for the next day!) I arrived at home a couple minutes early to see Dave waiting and ready to work.Dave diagnoses the issue, communicated clearly what he planned on doing to repair the issue and fixed it in a efficient manner and professionally. Dave was fair and reasonably priced. If I had a plumbing issue again I would contact Dave first.“
