My partner and I had Hunter inspect a house we were looking to purchase. He was more affordable than an other inspector our realtor suggested, and he was very responsive with a scheduled inspection when we needed it- which was quickly. During the inspection, Hunter was very professional as well as informative with what he was seeing. He noticed things that our realtor did not notice that helped us get a good appraisal! I very much recommend his services, excellent work and knowledge, and my partner and I are still in love with our new home.
I have used Hunter for a number of inspections of properties I purchased and have always found him to be knowledgeable, thorough and professional in his approach to his work. His prices are very reasonable as well. I will certainly use him in the future whenever I have need of a property inspector.
