From billing and scheduling to install… everything went smoothly with Capitol Supply and Service when I unexpectedly needed replaced my furnace. Josie in billing was very helpful and responded quickly. I was told an 11-12 am install time and they were here right at 11. The gentlemen finished it quickly and were done by 1. They were professional and friendly overall and I would recommend this company.Service: Heating system installation

I worked for Capitol Supply & Service for a little over 15 years in Graphic Design and then Marketing and made some great friends. Everyone was friendly and respectful towards me. They know the parts well and go above and beyond in customer care and the HVAC techs know what they're doing. They're a group of honest people. Upper management is friendly and understanding when personal things come up and gave me the opportunity to build a nice portfolio and take creative liberties on design projects. I'm giving a 5-star review because the employees are all phenomenal - you don't see the level of customer service they give at other places much.
