“I am always ready to try new stylists, because for one thing, I have difficult hair and I'm never satisfied. I happened to notice a mutual friend posted about her stylist, Mark doing her hair, which it's always very nice and unique. And that's what I'm looking for. I generally stick with my same stylist that I've had for years, even though he's an hour away. I do jump around on occasion for change plus for the convenience of not having to drive so far. But it seems, once I found Mark, I've been going to him on a more regular basis. I'm always a last minute person, I can call the day of, and they find a way to fit me in if not the next day. The staff are all wonderful and accommodating. They are a family/team you could see the morale is high in the salon, as well as they are professional, yet personable. Mark listens and is open to understanding what I'm looking for, he takes time to look at pictures that I have as well as pulls out pictures of his own. He is up-to-date on the styles, offers suggestions, he is the first stylist that finally dealt with my impatient self to allow me to grow my hair out. It's working, all my friends have complimented me so far. Anyway, whether you see Mark or you see Wayne, or you see any of the ladies there you will not be disappointed. Oh, then you have Gina who takes you back and does your wash, she's beautiful and a lot of fun. Check them out.“

“I cannot praise Salon Lux enough. After a bad go about with a previous stylist at a different salon, I finally made an appointment here after doing my research on social media with Christina. When I arrived, Christina assessed my hair and discussed what my goals & endgame were. She even asked what products I use at home, how often I do this and that to my hair, etc. She really took the time to know my hair. I had a later Friday afternoon appointment, and I did not feel rushed at all with my stylist. It took some time to lift my hair carefully and with minimal heat. At the end of the day, I got the results I wanted, and I cannot wait to be back! We did discuss how our next appoints will go moving forward which is great!! I also did purchase a detangler spray (Unite) from them and I cannot wait to use it on my hair. thank you Salon Lux!
