“Honestly, very accommodating. I needed a carpet cleaning for someone who was super allergic to cats moving into an apartment. Then at the last second the apartment complex ripped out and replaced the carpets and they were generous enough to let me cancel. However, the complex does require yearly professional cleaning. Due to the excellent customer service I hope I can work with this company again when the time for the mandatory cleaning comes. Thanks!“
