twice now we have had Mark (and Henry) take care of our family. Although no one looks forward to the event when their services are needed I am so thankful for them. Mark pays special attention and is compassionate, empathetic, and yet straight forward. Every detail is attended to and he is flexible. I performed military honors here and the staff was extremely professional and helpful. The location was really nice and had great accommodations for the military while we waited for the service to start. Mark is also a member of my gym and I can attest that he will answer his phone 24/7, even during his workout! Extremely dedicated.
