1) Client comes in for acrylic nails. Trina is rude and does a subpar job. Lady wanted them fixed the next day because they were lifting off. Trina covered her ears and started yelling “lalalalala I don’t have time for you!! Get out!” 2) Calls her kids and fights with them on speaker, using profanity. 3) Trina said she wouldn’t cut a kid with autism’s hair because “they’re so hard to deal with” then kept loudly cussing next to the kid.
