She is the best. She was able to correct items for me previously filed incorrectly by another preparer. She maximized my refund (legally) and explains the changes year to year if it applies to my taxes. In addition, she is kind, respectful, communicates clearly (asking questions to ensure accuracy), and her family whom helps her in the office are just the same as she is. I HIGHLY recommend her services.

This is the 2nd year I’ve gone to Phylis Tax service and she is so professional and very helpful. I appreciate the time she takes to help. I’ve gone too a few tax services prior that seemed to be unsteady and overwhelmed & unprofessional. 5 stars is an understatement
