Dan Candela and sons upgraded our residential electric service and did several other interior electrical jobs over the last 2 days. Dan was patient when I added tasks and when I changed my mind about some interior lighting. He and his 2 sons spotted some issues in our 1961 house that weren't safe or up to code and fixed them: electrical wires too close to the roof (touching the snow on the roof), an outdoor outlet not GFCI, a bare wire in the attic. The cost was close to the estimate despite some add on jobs. Dan helped in assessing some attic insulation issues, planned ahead for future electrical needs and coordinated with an HVAC team. Recommended from Watsons as the company who hooks up their hot tubs in store - he was the absolute best to work with. Comes across as a kind and patient dad type. You call and he answers or calls right back, shows up the soonest he can, ready to do the work and with a friendly couple of guys so they can be in and out like ninjas. Already recommended him to a friend for electrical work as they are finishing their basement.
